If you're interested in finding out the manufacturing date of your DJI Drone & Remote, they can be found by entering your Serial Number HERE
The battery date can be checked as well, however this information is available within the DJI Go 4 app (my batteries all displayed the next again day).
Interesting to know that my kit has been on a slow boat and gathering dust for 5 months before it was sold!
My details are:
Model: Spark, build on: 14. July 2017
Model: Unknown, build on: 20. July 2017 (Battery)
Model: Unknown, build on: 20. July 2017 (Battery)
Model: Unknown, build on: 24. June 2017 (Battery)
Model: Unknown, build on: 6. July 2017 (Remote Control)
@ DJI With the ever increasing reports of batteries falling out mid-flight, it would make good business sense to issue a battery retainer/lock to each Spark owner (with older batteries) rather than take a gamble on whether the Spark will fall out of the sky or not. For the cost of a few $'s, you could save countless repairs, replacements, and potentially injury, death and litigation should the two seperate mid-flight.
What is more important...Customer satisfaction and safety, or profit?
