While trying to update Mavic Pro I immediately ran into this problem.  Tried numerous times with same result.

Mavic Pro "Precise Fly Safe Database Update" fails to download and locks android.  Message says contact DJI Support

I've the same problem, I skip it every time otherwise it blocks at 0%

Same here. I have never got it to work so I just ignore it and move on.

Got similar in iPhone, just tried to ignore and but kept appearing and didn't let me fly, had to reset several times remote, drone and close app until it let me fly

I have got tha same problem. Just sent info to DJI support and waiting for solution

Please report back what you hear from support.  Seems like many people are having issues across different devices.
