Since the last update, I'm experiencing connection problems between aircraft and remote control. I began with week image signals, than also control radio signal. I tried hard reset, downgrade, upgrade again on both aircraft and remote.
So, I called support and by phone explain what was going on.
The technician was very sure and said: THERE IS NO SOLUTION, THE REMOTE CONTROL WILL NO MORE WORK, THE AIRCRAFT AND REMOTE HAVE TO BE SEND FOR REPAIR!
That's really a shame!! I've bought two Phantom 4 Pro and both with factory defects!!!
Unbeliaveble how can brand new devices be so prone to have defects like this after a firmware upgrade ou regular use! My first just fell off the sky after 3 months of use becouse of factory deffect!
