Hello... I have just purchased the OSMO mobile and the iphone x but it is not working.... I have looked at all the youtube feeds but it keeps blinking green light and keeps saying OSMO REBOOT....what am I doing wrong... I have read the instructions and you tube tutorials but this issue is not mentioned so I have not been able to use it yet.... help/ advice would be most appreciated
There is a small circular sensor on the Osmo phone holder that lets your Osmo know if nothing is mounted on your Mobile. I've read that the shiny back of the iPhone X doesn't work well with that sensor. People have taped a business card over that sensor and that solved their problem.
Hi Anna, did you balance the gimbal well before powering on the device? If yes, you can try to disable ''Mobile Phone Detect'' in Gimbal Setting of APP.
