Trying to add GO4 app to my iphone 5.  Says that "device not compatible with this app".  Will not download to phone.  What gives?

It’s too old. 32-bit CPU.
Modern phones run 64-bit apps. Iphone 5s and so on do it.

Thanks for the quick comeback.  Yeah, I was advised by JDI that I was running an antique.  Pretty disheartening.  I just purchased the Spark, and ran it twice with my iPhone 7, and the phone was stolen, so reverted back to my old phone.  Guess I am SOL, but thanks, again, for the help.

Thanks for your reply.  I plan to get with a newer model iPhone.  Just frustrating....by the way "Sir" was reserved for my father...I normally answer to "Hey, You"!
