I recently just crashed my drone, but i thought, oh, its fine bc I had dji care refresh. Apparently I forgot to activate it, even tho i bought it. Update, I jsut flew it, and most of it was fine and the camera was recording, but the motor was acting a tiny bit weird, but I still have to replace the lens which is expensive and very painful.... I just wish the refresh care would've worked

Yes.
Send them an email explaining what happened.

If you can show proof that it was purchased within 48 hours, I would hope they would honour it.   You should try at the very least

Go to DJI Care Remaining Balance, and enter your serial number.

thanks all.   Does the activation code come via email or regular mail?  (I ordered it with controller)
Edit - nevermind.  I looked up remaining balance based on serial number and it looks like I did activate it!  Pfeww!

It depends, your care refresh if you purchased direct from dji will be activated 48 hrs after dji shipped, if not when you purchased did you have to give SN of Aircraft ? If so it’s most likely your Care refresh is already activated.
