Purchased CrystalSky Ultra 7.85 December 2017 5 minutes into first flight using it screen went black, fortunate to recover Mavic Pro sent screen to DJI Australia
Received screen back today but unable to get screen to go past Wi-Fi in start up
Can anyone help as no advice seems to come from DJI

A bit confused, have you managed to connect to your home wi-fi network.

When you open the Dji Go 4 app with the AC connected to the RC for the first time, you will need to sign in into your DJI account, once linked the DJI Go 4 app will do a firmware check before the go fly.

What part of the process is failing for you ?

Hi Iannes,  Just started to photograph the screens and realized the first photo was out of focus, started again and it went through full setup. The CrystalSky would not search for Wi-Fi initially but it now finds it and allow initialization and log in to occur

Great...now hopefully you aren't intending to use it with a Mavic Air.

Hi Mate. Did DJI repair or replace your Ultra.?
