Bueno, tengo una p4 desde julio y tengo grietas de tensión ,casi sin uso y también en el caso de las dos baterías

lo tiraste por un tobogan? como es posible que ya tengas esas grietas? .. puedes poner una foto?

If bought NEW from seller inside EU - then EU rules apply .....

If bought NEW from seller outside EU - then international DJI rules apply.

This is link to DII warrant Page, warranty starts from when first purchased/activated I believe.

If bought locally you would need to check the consumer rights policies of your country.

And if DJI are anything like many other brands - they try to convince you EU rules do not apply ... which is not true if you bought from retailer inside EU.

EU has LONG warranty terms ... much longer than USA / other parts of the world ...

First is to go to dealer you bought from (personally if shop) contact if online. They are obliged to listen to you ...
If you bought via Credit Card or Paypal - they will open a case if necessary against seller. Contact them if no joy from seller. Do not accept any crap from seller.

Did you buy from Spanish based seller inside Spain or imported ?

You need to check as EU rules give up to 6years ............ YES 6 years ! !  depending on product / claim etc.
