Hi Dji

i started this thread to ask you to please HELP a memeber of this forum BULLDOG. he has been in almost all threads putting in comments about not getting assistance from your company. Can i ask politly that you see fit to assist him in getting his issues resolved. You guys have a fantastic product and a great company and hate to see anyone tanish the name. Memebers of this forum buy your products because we feel and know it is supeior to other drone manufactures out there.

Here is a member BULLDOG that has one of your products that he has used for some time and i am sure was happy with it till these issues have started and is just looking for some assistance. DJI MODS, I see on this forum that you Guys  have helped alot of guys here, so I humbly request you to intervene and assist in this matter so that he does not invade other discussions and post negative remarks about DJI products.

Pretty sure DJI is racist. No other reason they should be ignoring me for 4 months. I had a customer service specialist say she hates American's. Maybe that is the problem?

FYI, I record all my conversations on my phone. I live in the sticks, and my only phone option is over the internet. Voice over internet you can record every converstion you have ever had. I have proof of said recording from DJI if I need to post it. DJI just needs to give me the ok, by California law at least.

Personally, I have been a little angry with Bulldog's approach in the threads of others, but after thoroughly reading his own threads, I have actually regretted it. I have sent Bulldog a PM with explanation and advice.

It is clear in Bulldog's threads that DJI has already been involved. In my PM to Bulldog, I suggest that he follow a request from them to set up a case and send the drone in for inspection. With all that has been tried so far (and that is practically everything), it can turn out to be the solution, simply because the drone or controller may turn out to be defective. Nothing to lose - everything to win.

Perfect advice - ship it back, get it fixed, get it back and fly it then post nice things that you've done with it!

I Agree, Bulldog send the drone back for a check with the remote
