We've just had one of the our government officials on the TV this morning confirming that for youre once per day exercise you must stay within your village/town or the part of the city you live in after there has been a number of people travelling some distance for "exercise".  I will just have to spend more time in the workshop.

Its very sad,  she had been isolating (shielding) since March, but over Christmas had a fall and was taken to hospital to be checked out (X-rays etc) and it was in hospital we think she caught it.  She came down with it a few days after coming home.
