I came across a minor bug with the status lights on the Air, if you program Fn or the C key in remote settings to toggle the front lights on/off, it also turns the rear status light off. It does not turn it back on. Restarting the aircraft has no effect.

The only way I have found to get the status light working again is to go into the camera settings on the flight screen and toggle 'LEDs Off when shooting', which can be found under 'Smart Arm LEDs'.

I recall another thread which had this issue but I cant find it amongst all the 'My Mavic Air Shipped' threads :-)

I enabled this option as well, and my status light has not been working since...ill try your fixed and hopefully it will work.

Had the same issue today

i have the same situation. i believe this happens when we set the toggle button to switch the lights off but only the front led will turn on if triggered again, leaving the rear still turn off. Probably the mavic air remote controller is not like the mavic pro's with the more functions trigger that can go left-right-up-down for more options.

I am running 4.2.6 and still having this issue… if the C1 button is mapped to on/off any lights, the status lights turn off but don't come back on with the front-facing lights.

Thanks.  I couldn't figure out what happened there.  I don't think it is just related to the Fn or C key, because I didn't use those.  But the fix worked the same anyway.
