SO I've had the Osmo for 2 hours and attempted to change the camera resolution to (anything) and the video format to MP4 (from MOV). I'm using an iPhone 6 (I need to change the format due to editing software requirements.
In any event, when I select a setting, it highlights it, but when I return to the previous screen it still shows the initial settings. Any clue what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to read on this, just to verify, did you run the late DJI Go APP? Is the image transmission normal? Can you take pictures or videos normally?

Hi, DJI Mindy. I figured it out. I wasn't connecting to the internet first. My only remaining issue, is that my phone's view screen will show the camera's view, but intermittently goes to a grey screen. This goes back and forth. Does this sound like a connectivity issue with my phone?
