Were you able to resolve your issue? I had the same problem with my mavic pro at or near the same time as you, after a firmware update even though mine had no history of crashes or problems but for when I updated my drone.
I was advised by DJI to send it in for diagnostic and repair but after receipt and a call, DJI conceded no diagnostics but that they default to replacing the Flexible Flat Cable (quote for repair is $133--$3 for the cable but $130 for a two hour repair) no matter if it was your fault or the firmware's fault--and of course at your cost.
In hindsight, I should have troubleshot it by rolling back to an earlier firmware or waited for a new firmware. I am currently waiting for a call from a supervisor from DJI repair. Please also refer to my thread Gimbal Overload and DJI Repair USeless.
I provided a video sample on my thread and it is similar to yours (https://forum.dji.com/thread-132292-1-1.html).
Weirdly enough, everytime I get a response on my thread, my thread never appears in the 1st page of the forum. I’ve scoured at least 5 pages of threads, and I have not seen my thread go back to the beginning of the forum page even when someone just responded to my thread 5 minutes ago. It’s almost like my thread and this issue is being purposefully buried …
Here's a list of all other gimbal related issues on around the same time frame as ours (most are Mavics, but there are some that are phantoms I think, but if it is a firmware issue, it could affect all the other drone platforms):

By the way, I didn't go all FBI to get this list. This was a 2 minute key search for gimbal related problems, so this is not just an isolated problem.
