Took the Mavic Air out for its maiden flight yesterday and I must say I was quite impressed with the overall flight experience and video quality!. The flight was smooth, easy to control (Although there were instances of delayed image transmission due to signal interference); video quality sharp and great dynamic range. Too bad the the sky was cloudy so the colours did not come out as well. Video was shot in 4k 30 fps; no colour correction/ colour quality was done.
PS: Set the video quality to 4K. If you like the video pls drop a thumbs up on the youtube page! Thank u!
Had flown around the same area a few months back using the DJI Spark. That was during sunset with colour grading done. That was my first few times flying a drone so hopefully I've improved my controls overall
I think that your filming has improved quite a bit. Some very nice shots there! I especially liked the shot in the Spark video that starts at 1:47. The reflections off the water are amazing. The colors really pop in that video too. Great job!

Great video, thank you very much! Was it all with the standard settings or did you use any of the special video modes and settings of the MA?
Thanks! I used the standard settings auto mode for the videos.. Manual flight too - have not explored the intelligent flight modes too.
I tried manual mode with the Spark previously but there were too many things for me to manage while flying.. So just wanna keep it simple this time. Hopefully with more flight experience I can try out teh manual video settings..

You order a Mavic air too? How's the delivery so far? Hope you get your hands on it soon!
Very nice video. A suggestion - check the correct way to orientate your transmitter aerials as you appear to have them facing each other. The flat side(s) should be pointed towards the quad - not each other.

Ohh I noticed I may have orientated the antenna the wrong way too!
Great to hear the Mavic Air Is working out for you. Looking at the video it definitely is. The spark is video great also. Just slow down the Yaw a little.
