I have been on a pano kick lately, they look amazing on the computer. Printed one large too and it comes out super clear.

Hertfordshire, next county north of Greater London so not too far to drive - great place to test the drones after FW updates as the area I flew in is a reserved zone for model aircraft and drones are permitted. It's a public field too and not a club (I was the only one there today) though you need to have £5M of public liability insurance to fly so I joined FPV UK on line a couple of years ago - £19.99 a year for membership and includes the liability for recreational use of drones anywhere in Europe!

Cheers I really like these -90 straight down shots over a point of interest. The aerial view gives a totally different perspective. This was at 393' AGL

Nice area , i'm West Sussex  (Gatwick) so go more to the coast  . thanks for the heads up on the insurance i will take a look

No probs Phil - you can print off the insurance certificate straight away and carry a copy in the bag for those who may need to see it - peace of mind more than anything as I've never been asked to produce it. Those with official CAA approved membership (like FPV) may not need to register their drones when the government bring that into legislation later this year or in 2019. Andy

Thanks mate - I have absolutely no idea LOL I could see it on my screen as I was flying so flew over it as it looked interesting. I think it is some type of sculpture - I may go back and do a POI around it to check it out. No point walking all that way to see it when you have a drone

A long time ago, I promised myself to visit the UK one day. I have not managed to get it done yet - the world is huge and there are so many beautiful places.

I have travelled Australia, the South Pacific, Europe, Southeast Asia and visited many countries in my time inc NYC in the states and Kenya in Africa but I’ve never been to Scotland, Ireland or France... the three closest countries to me! It is a huge world

As long as you don’t drive anywhere.  I read yesterday that the police camped out in the carpark for the seals in horsey and fined everyone that turned up £200.

It has made me wonder, you see reports of people fined for having coffee outside, I dread to think what they’d say about drones.
