100% yes, You need the mobile device only for live view of the camera and some special fixtures.

I see in other posts, that you have set it up with a smart device first to activate warranty.  I guess it can be flown after that without, further need for a smart device.

You can now activate your phantom with iOS if you have updated the firmware.
