I selected 24 fps on the Mavic, which generates video files @ 23.976 fps

Beautifully done!  Did you speed up the footage slightly right at each take-off, such as the one over the beach.  Would be curious to know more about that technique - lovely!

I think none of the speed up clips are a take off. Clips at 1:27, 1:39 and  4:13 are 2X real speed. First few seconds of clip at 3:29 are 4X then progressively slowed down to 1x. The rest all have the original speed.
