Hi Guys - I've had my Ronin for a few months now and have used it on a few real estate property films that I'm selling and some fitness shorts for my girlfriends fitness brand I'm building. I need help with a few things.

1. I load up a RED Epic with Sidehandle and am noticing very slight bounce in my walking shots. Is there a way to reduce this via the stiffness settings?
2. Without the use of expensive wireless follow focus systems, what is your prefered method of insuring focus on your subjects? Do you pick up off stand adjust focus ring then roll-camera? Sometimes I have to shoot wide open on the aperture so the focus range is tight. If I walk too close ot too far I'm missing focus.
