Was curious as to what the "Flight Distance" number is all about on the sidebar area of a members post...  It does not seem to be related to the DJI Go4 app total distance or anything else I can compare it to...  Was just curious.

I suspect it is the flight distance in feet that has been converted to meters.  (you know, because of those other parts of the world that refuse to recognize what a nifty system we use here in the United States!)

Ok..  Now that makes sense...  never considered converting it from meters to feet..  That now matches my Go app flight distance..

I'm not even seeing my flight distance show up in my profile.  How do you link the two?

Berg...  Look in the sidebar under your picture and your forum rank...  Yours shows 2787   If its working like mine you can go to your Go app and bring up your Flight List screen and find the total distance on the left column...  My app shows Ft, my profile shows meters.  The forum post sidebar and on your forum personal homepage is the only places I see the distance indicated.

It is the total flown distance, in meters, computed by all DJI Go apps and flown with all your DJI drones registerred on a particular DJI account. It is given in meters because, worldwide, there is an International System of units, whose unit measure for distance is the meter...

It doesnt seem to work anymore for most people so i would just ignore it.
There seems to be a fault in one of the dji systems that has stopped it from updating peoples flight distances.

It's weird, I can sync the flight records from my P3P / Go App and it shows up in my online total, Mavic Pro & P4P flights / Go4 App syncs do not show up.

My total flight distance should be over 256 klms but only shows 217 klms.
Unfortunately i cant fly atm or my distance would have been well over 300 klms by now.

Just remember the higher the number the sooner your gonna need another drone
