I am getting a version 1.2.2, also a version 1.2.0. I'm on Windows 10.

is the application still being supported? I have tried to update my spark firmware with it for the past few months and it can't even tell me what the firmware in the drone is, let alone tell me if there are any updates.

Yes it is and the latest version you will find here: https://www.dji.com/spark/info#downloads
And if it doesn't recognise your Spark, please report back in the Spark forum by opening a new thread there. Help will come then, promised! :-)
