Slow down and then slow down even more.
Makes for a much better viewing experience I believe.

You can adjust the sensitivity of the controls!
That would probably help.

I also agree with what Montfrooij said above

I find you get setup with the scene you want, ie position the drone and gimbal, and then move the drone slowly, using one movement only. ie only up or only down or only left..etc.   If you combine movements you risk making it look like a security camera.  You can combine movements, but just do it slowly so it looks natural.

This video length is better than the first, but still a bit long for my taste.

I was flying in atti mode as I didn’t get gps lock so Spark was drifting, it was also very windy but yes I think I need to change sensitivity and smooth it out. Thanks
