will the phantom 3 connect to Carl Zeiss cinemizer glasses?

With the actual specs right now, no.

The P3 RC has only a  usb port to connect to the Phone/Tablet.

Maybe a usb splitter and a usb>av adapter works, maybe not.
More likely the NVidea shield works, it has hdmi output.

OR you bind a Inspire RC to the P3. The Inspire RC has a dedicated
hdmi output and reportedly works.
