Good Evening everyone,
speaking with other dji-spark owners this problem seem to be common on the spark: connection with the aircraft

On my second flight with spark i lost the connection between spark and radio controller
THEN the spark started drifting away and CRASH over trees and (due to the snow) has been impossible to find, even with the gps point registered

result: spark is gone

question: due to the fact that the collision (and lost) were caused by a problem with a radio and NOT for a negligence of the pilot or for bad weather condition, this situation is covered by WARRANTY (totally or partially)??
If yes, how can i prove this problem ? i have the purchase document, video of the collision etc...

You really should look in  (and post?) the logfile like mentioned in post #2

Because if the RC is loosing connection, RTH should kick in.
'Drifting away' seems then also GPS loss.
Or: Your app lost connection, wind was strong, the RC was connected but you didnt't try to control it, because the app had no image to provide?

Check or post the logfile.
