Dear team,
I have a case logged as CAS-1445259-G9J8S1
for my Mavic Pro.  The sames issue as my previous warranty repair in September 2017 that resulted in a new drone being issued.
I sent my drone in using the return post label 1 week ago via Express Post. In Australia this is normally next day delivery. I have not received any message that  it has been received - the case shows as "still to be received".  Can you please check with your Australian repairer?
