Just ordered an Osmo mobile 2 on Monday morning. It says ships in 3-5 business days. I’ll let you know when it arrives

Ordered mine on Monday also. Shipping time 7-10 days. Super excited

Got lucky and it went back in stock last night around 11 pm and was able to snag one. Went back out of stock quickly. Never owned one before. Looking forward to trying it out and especially testing the hyper lapse features.

My order is stuck on step 4 (shipped) although i have no tracking details or any dates yet? Is it normal?

I forgot to order the Osmo 2 stand

It's out of stock and also i'm stuck paying 20$ USD for a 10$ item. Bummer.

It was when I ordered it said 7-10 days. Now when I look all it says is that payment has been made but not shipped yet.

Ok it says shipped (step 4) when i go on the desktop. But on the DJI app it says shipping: pending still

well come to find out that apparently even though i entered my payment info and submitted my order, DJI did not process my payment even though i received a order number. DJI told me i was supposed to go back in AFTER submitting my order and getting a order number (makes zero sense) and click pay now. By the time i questioned why my "order" had yet to move, the OSMO was sold out again and they would not honor my "order number". They told me to get back on the email list. I canceled my order and just went with apple.

Update:

Ordered it on Monday 6 am EST
Processed to shipment status on Tuesday by DJI
DHL tracking code on wednesday morning 4:25 AM EST

estimated arrival time: Friday by end of day!

Hi everyone.  I pre-ordered mine from Apple USA because every post out there read it was exclusive to Apple in the beginning.  It's nice people are getting theirs already directly from DJI, but I wonder why Apple hasn't delivered mine.  My order delivers Feb 22- Mar 8.  I wish I had pre-ordered from DJI.  =/

I’m in the same boat. Ordered the 23rd from Apple and still hasn’t shipped.

So I called Apple this morning and they said my order will be shipped directly by DJI and not Apple?  Just an fyi.  They didn't give me a shipping date.

I ordered from Apple.com on Jan 23rd and got shipping info today, being delivered Monday from Canada to my home in Florida.

I ordered mine from the Apple Store on Jan 23rd as well and received it today! It’s my first DJI product and I’m really impressed with it!
I’m located in Canada

Should get it today Landed in Quebec this morning. Such a quick shipping service from half way around the globe! Can't wait to test this gadget even tho im in midterms
