Hi DJI,
I'm a little frustrated with the ordering process, in particular to the Osmo Mobile 2.
I signed up a few weeks ago to be notified when they were back in stock. Got an email at 2:05am EST saying it was back in stock with a link to order one. Clicked on the link, at 8am, added it to my cart and proceeded to place my order. During the payment process, I received a message (onscreen) saying my order could not be processed as the item was out of stock and to cancel my order.
How can it show available during the order process but get a OUT OF STOCK after submitting my payment? Shouldn't the process secure a stock item until payment has been processed before leading you on thinking 'I'm actually getting one'? Needless to say, I'm a little disappointed; ok, very disappointed.
When can we expect new stock?
