Is it possible to operate the camera with a separate iPhone tablet by WiFi or Bluetooth?
Can I use my iPhone connection on remote to snap pictures onto my iPhone or does it only use SIM card to snap pictures?

Both the phone and Micro SD card. You can operate the Mavic Pro with two RC's using a master (AC) slave (camera) set up.

Thanks. That’s interesting. We are thinking about a two person team. I also thought if there was a long cord from RC to iPhone or iPad for use. Do they make a long cord?  That RC plug isn’t a mini USB. Our photographer, and editor wants to use a PC I’m wondering if the drone would work WiFi with a Mac?
