I just finished watching a free "video making" course that has 6 lessons.  Each lesson took about 3o minutes to go through, but I learned something valuable in every lesson.  In particular, the lessons on Editing and on Shooting were spectacular!  You can download those two lessons for $3 each, but I just watched the free versions  twice and made some detailed notes.  Regardless, these are VERY informative videos:
