Hey guys, I have the problem, that I have 2 accounts showing in my app.
I did reset the Spark by pressing the button for like 10 seconds? waited for the 3 beeps and connected freshly to it. Had to do that the first time I got it.
I bought it used from Amazon. I guess it's the guys account who used it before me.
Now, how can I get rid of that second account?

i have 2 also, but they are both "me" - i think it's because i downloaded app and set up account before my spark arrived and i activated it. hasn't caused any problems (yet)

1. account for you here from the forum, a overall acount.
2. account for your Spark (is the name of that account the name of your Spark, by any chance?)
3. account (future), in case you get another DJi Drone (2 + 3 will be added in 'overal' 1., then)

The name of the second account isn't related to me in any ways. It's really a random accountname of another guy, "ytSpark"

Check in your app settings for the name of your spark! (DJI likes that we give them names in the app)

Yup its just the name of the spark.
Every aircraft has it's own tab.
You can change it.
