the video and the photos looks like out focus and grainy, I tried all diferen configurations but still look like old cellphone picture

try disable cache files when recording option in the Dji go app

seems like there are tons of magnetic interference ............. indoor mostly i get such results too.............  

btw..u transfered out via the SD card to your laptop/pc ?

both direct from the phantom and pc but is the same quality

It is the same result inside the warehouse and outside of it, it was used in a free park of some magnetic interference and the image was the same

It is not 'magnetic interference' . But if you want an opinion on the quality, upload trhe original file out of the camera to Dropbox so it can be examined.

manual, low ISO because the place had a good illumination

I had a look at the footage you posted, and the main problem is noise, the clip seems under-exposed and/or the ISO is too high.
