I got an email Thursday the 1st saying that DJI was going to be contacting me because I keep getting lemon drones (4 in a row now). It said they would contact me within 48 by phone. Well that was over 3 full business days ago. Not sure who I contact now about you guys not contacting me. I can only sit by my phone for so long.

And this is the escalated service? I'm not trying to complain or anything here .. just really would like the working, new drone I paid for back in Oct. 2017.

The bigger point was that it has been over the time they said they would contact me and NOBODY has contacted me.

I don't know if I need to start this process over .. which would suck because it's been 8 days now..or what to do. This hasn't exactly been made simple to deal with..and yeah I'm beginning to see how it's my fault.
