I've tried many time to calibrate cendence, but right dial + both levers gauges are blocked and doesn't seem working.



I use lasts firmwares version.

Any support for Pro DJI product?

If you are on FW .30,  you need to wait for next FW for this to work.

I am having this same problem. And I really need to do it as my gimbal always drifts to the right.

Any solutions DJI?

Firmware updates are important. I noticed there was no connectivity. Are you trying to calibrate the remote without it being linked to the aircraft? Can you send me a personal message on what you are seeing?

in this video I've post below I didn't connect aircraft but it doesn't matter.
I've done test with CS Ultra + M210 ; CS Normal with M210 ; Ipad + M210 ; and it doesn't work.
firmware Cendence is: 02.00.0030

As I mentioned before you need new FW for the RC for this to work. I am on .045 and it works fine, my friend has the same FW (030) as you and it does not work.
DJI has shipped newer units with .040 and now lately with .045 FW but sadly not posted and of these for other users. Hopefully they will soon have an update to the FW on Cendance for all.

Some users have Firmware 0.45 others 0.30..... the latest available on DJI website is the 0.30 .......
What is the point? Why Is the new Cendence firmware not available for every Cendence's User?
Do I have to buy another Cendence to be able to calibrate and then fly with my M210?

Actually not a very big deal, all you are missing is the use of setting expo on the side levers. All other features are working with latest IOS app and fw .030.

Dji have shipped products with different FW all along, but again hopefully all will soon have the new fw.

I use Cendence with M210 kit.
I use all latest firmware version.

My Cendence firmware version is : 02.00.0030
I’ve open a thread on your forum with a video showing no react when using right dial and both levers.

As gauges are blocked I can’t complete Remote Controller Calibration from GO4 app (from Ipad and from CS ultra).

I’ve heard many people who bought Cendence later than me have 02.00.0045 firmware on their Cendence.
I'm not prompted to update the firmware at all in DJI GO4 app last version and my Cendence version is 02.00.0030
I would like to use this firmware to unlock dial & levers gauges and be able to complete calibration.

Could you please give me access to 02.00.0045 firmware to be able to use Cendence and my M210 kit ?

About "no connectivity" for you information, if one day you use Cendence RC, you'll learn that you need to disconect Aircraft to be able to calibrate Cendence.
About "firmware updates are important" : I know, I would love to use the latest firmware beta for my RC to be able to calibrate.

Calibrating RC is useless feature? Does DJI recommand me to use my M210 with uncalibrated Cendence?

Not any DJI support?!

I can't calibrate my RC, I can't use Dials & Levers, I can't change ISO.
DJI doesn't support anything, and doesn't care at all about Cendence's Customers.
