I have a problem because my phone ( an iPhone 7 ) fails to log in with the RC of the mavic pro.
If you know how to solv this problem thank to helping me !

Yes I using thé câble

I have a spark and air, not the Pro - if you haven't already check through this video, also make sure you have the latest versions installed.

I had same problem with Mavic Air and Oneplus 5. After swiching to developer mode on Oneplus it started to work well.

My bird has been grounded for over 6 months with the same issue. I gave up. If you find  solution please share.

Since there are two ways to connect your RC and your mobile device, you can connect both devices through the port on the left with the short cable or the one below the RC with using the original cable of your own mobile device. Please note that if you want to use the port below the RC, you should unplug the cable on the left.
Besides, you can also use the wifi mode to connect your mobile device and your drone.
