Hi MJLSTUDIOS, very nice footage! Was it really done with a Spark? I assume yes, because what you can see is, that the right/left shifts are a little bouncy. This is one of the reasons why I am selling my Spark and exchange it for a mavic air. Anyhow great Video!

I fly a Mavic Air also...not much difference! Mavic Air is just a tiny bit bigger than the Spark.

A man bought the land and started building the house. He paid for the construction a bit at a time . He ran out of money and tried to complete the rest by himself. He did not get the proper permits and was shut down by local government.

Very unfortunate story...

A very sad story indeed.  Felt utmost emphaty  for the owner. it is indeed a dream house with vast land and beautiful land surrounding it. A dream crushed.
