Still awaiting my DJI Phantom Vision 2 PLUS ! Being ultra careful since this is a extremely expensive tool! Is the DJI VISION app compatible with the new update from Apple, iOS 8.0 ? Thanks !

It has been reported from a Apple developer that the app is compatible with the iOS 8.0.

I confirm it's working, I made the upgrade on my ipad and all dji soft work fine on ios8

Same here! Works great on iPhone 5s and iPad Mini w/ Retina. Both running iOS 8.

since updating to ios 8, I notice I can no longer send pics or videos wirelessly from the P2V+ to my iphone. The pics and vids are captured on the card but I can no longer send them to the cameral roll. Its only been happening the last few days since the upgrade to Ios 8. Anyone else notice this?

My worked for the first day, now stopped. I have iPhone 4S and upgraded to IOS 8.

The 4S is not a supported phone.  The processor is too slow to handle the data required for streaming video.

    iOS recommended: iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPod touch 5 (available but not recommended: iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad mini)
    Android recommended: Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, Note 2, Note 3 or phones of similar configuration

This is copy from the DJI page and it does say 4s.

It was a stop gap until I could get a small monitor, any recommendations?

Can someone please help me clarify about iOS 8 is there any issue FPV? or the video steam from Camera to iPhone? mine I have issue on both Phone 5S and 6+ the video has been on and off for every 2 sec, I'm not so sure if the faulty on my Phantom 2 Vision Plus or not?

It works great.  I just got the brand new phantom 2 vision plus (new controller and improved motors etc) and I made sure I downloaded the iOS 8 on my 4S iPhone.  I also waited and downloaded the DJI phone app after the Phantom arrived.  It is a blast!
