Hello,I have a New Mavic platinum since two week.
The Dji assistant know my drone. However, since I update the drone and the controller with the last firmware v01.04.0200,
the Dji assistant ignore my drone.

I succeed to switch on the Mavic with the controller. I re install the Dji assistant but the problem is still there...
I think my battery wasn't loaded enought...
Could you help me please ?

Here's a tutorial on connecting to Assistant.  One thing that I believe is important is the ORDER of things.  You first connect your Mavic to your computer and turn on the Mavic.  AFTER THAT you then launch Assistant 2.  That alone may be your problem.  If not, watch the appropriate video among the few shown on this page:
