Not the style like the DJI CS Mavic mount, but there are the Mav Mount 3.0 style mounts that fit the jaws of the controller

I am using this one and am very happy with it. Very solid and costs less than a third of the Mav Mount:

#Quick Reply Here#GDD2018 DJI CrystalSky 5.5 / 7.85" Display Monitor Holder Bracket for DJI Mavic Pro / DJI Spark Drone Remote Controller Sold by: GDD2018 £23.99I bought the Mavmount also, but found this one is compact and works great with the Crystal Sky even with a short cable. You can also put a neck strap on it. The mavmount is goos but as I said this is so compact I am using it on the Air now updated the Crystal Sky and so far it works.Just seen above the same mount from Captain, amazing how things go if you share info

2 questions.  (1) Could you provide me with a link for this Display Monitor Holder? (2) Please confirm that you are able to see that Mavic Air within the DJI 4 Go App on your Crystalsky and it is fully functional.

Thanks!

I have confirmed with DJI Support that the DJI Go 4 app that is found on the CrystalSky is not compatible with the DJI Mavic Air.  I am hoping that they come out with an update soon the support the DJI Mavic Air.

Yes, they have ported the DJI Go 4 4.2.4 version to the CS making it compatible with the MA.

Just did a full test flight on the CS Ultra and 5.5 using a MA and there were no problems

Sweet ... how did you get it working?  The bracket that goes inside is too wide for the Mavic Air.

I was thinking of making the slots in the MA controller jaws longer, but I didn't want to hack anything.
So I thought about swapping parts

Owing the MA, I  figured I wasn't going to use my Spark a lot with my CS units and I would be using the MA much more, so I just swapped the jaws and covers over from the Spark controller  over to the MA controller.

This makes the MA controller now fully compatible with the DJI current CS mount model.
All it takes is 4 screws to undo and move over in a couple of minutes and the process is fully reversible

Kewl.  Not owning a spark this is not an option for me.  I wonder if I can purchase the jaws alone.  I guess I will have to check with DJI on that one.   Thanks ... I didn't even know the jaws came off.

If you don't own a spark, then I would wait until DJI make a compatible mount for the MA, it shouldn't be too long

That is way cool!  So, the sticks are no longer able to be stored internally, is that correct?

I know the DJI part is overpriced, but it is a well designed piece.  And to be honest, I like the CS on the same plane as the controller.  I have the official DJI mount for my P4P, and it sits up like the others in this post such as the MavMount, but I like this configuration better.  Hopefully they release an official mount soon.  I don't mind having to remove my sticks from the inside and storing them in a little pouch.

Another thing is how small the DJI mount is compared to the other solutions.  I don't think I'd be able to fit my CS device and MavMount or similar in the side pouch of the MA fly more combo shoulder bag.

Cheers...

Yes, your right , you can't store the control sticks inside.

If you could if would be a waste of time, as you would need to unscrew and disconnect the mount to get at them.
I don't think with the mount and the 5.5 CS you would fit it in one piece inside the MA bag, but that's what the QR mount is for, so you can take off and put on the CS quickly

There are 2 screws on each joint cover, just undo those, the covers come off and the jaws just fall off then

But....for $33, I can re-use my $90 bracket and not have to buy a new one, that could be worth it.

Thank you Hallmark.

That's tempting.

I really love the knurled thumbscrew, something the DJI Phantom mounting bracket could use.

My only concern with this particular model is portability.  I don't believe I'd be able to put that in the shoulder bag that comes with the fly more combo.  :-(

Decisions, decisions....

Thx sir!

To be honest it’s not and I like you would like to carry all in my combo bag which I find excellent, but unfortunately you can’t with this one.

Yep, I’ve the PolarPro one too and today my charger finally arrived, so at last I can play with my CrystalSky. As said, the PP mount is quite bulky, so it looks like yet another purchase, this time for a new shoulder bag. This drone stuff is proving to be an expensive hobby
