I set up my Osmo Mobile 2 and my iphone says it is connected via Bluetooth, but when I open DJI 4 Go, it does not recognize the device and let me set it up.  I would really appreciate some help.

DJI GO 4 is the wrong app for Osmo Mobile 2.  You need to use DJI GO.

Why did they call these apps with these names.

Anyone would think DJI GO 4 is a later version of DJI GO.

Good question but I sure have no idea.  Perhaps DJI can answer that question.  Were you able to connect ok with the DJI GO app?

Hi Dudley, sorry for the confusion, please note the corresponding APP of Osmo Mobile is DJI Go, please download the right APP.

DJI Go 4 is the APP for the new-released drones, the corresponding APP of Osmo series products is still DJI Go. Thanks for your understanding.

Thanks, using the correct app worked out fine. I use DJI Go 4 with my drones, and did realize that DJI Go was anything more than an outdated version.

Thanks Mindy.  I just did not realize that DJI Go was anything more than an outdated version of DJI Go 4.

Need help my osmo mobile 2 shows red light even it's already full charge before it only shows green light and it's not connecting to bluetooth.
