1. First Q.

Recently on my Spark front lights isn't working. Its blink when I turn it on and after that, it turn's off. So I must restart dron in DJi assistant every time before flight... Does Dji offer servicing on they own charge for this problem? Should I sent them my dron?


2. Second Q..

Have two android phone.. One has update to 2.4.6. immediatly today..and another one isn't.. So why?

Have you had crashed your spark at all or was this an issue straight out of the box. There might be an issue with the circuitry in the front LED Lights or it may be the wires somehow were cut or melted. It could be anything. Do you have DJI Care Refresh because they have a professional support team that could take a look at it? If not you may be able to send it in under warranty should it have been an issue since you purchased the drone?   

Hi, sir. Please provide the info mentioned in the 2#. Any error message from your app? What mode was your drone in? I would recommend you shoot a video of the light status for further check. For your second question, please enter Android store and check if there is an update for app. Thanks for your support.

I have no crash with drone. Front lights was working from first day. All start  when vision sensor make alarm on dji go app when I was flaying..something like" vision sensor error, imediatly land"  so I land in my hand and grab spark, turn to lateral so he turn it off automaticaly.. but it cant turn it of by that action.. so I must put the left stick down to do that. From then, spark is doing problem with  front lights.

And also till then, the motors isnt working equally on the table when I turn it on(motors is sinq all 4) but... the propellers speed is something like... zzz---zzzzz-zzz-zzzz....  if you understand me...
