I just received an email from DJI informing me that ,quote from the DJI email

In the past few days, we have noticed that potential risk with select DJI user account.
As a precautionary measure and to safeguard our users, we have locked these DJI account

I was totally confused and disturbed. As in the past years on the forum pages, I had not posted any words or saying
involving critise, attacking, impoliteness,political issue......etc

Instead , I always use the word THANK YOu, Appreciated your help .

Can DJI or anyone who was actually offended by me give me an explanation, If it’s true, I willingly apologize for what I had done.

If your theory is right, how come DJI allow 3rd part app to be installed on CrystalSky.

I'm sorry I think I might have misunderstood

Are you saying your official DJI account which you activate AC's against and buy stuff from the DJI store through has been locked ?
It's not your forum account that has been blocked.

It might have something to do with if your using a VPN, connecting through different countries and the like.
If could be financially related, have you made purchases through the store, that have had problems etc.

I suddenly received  the DJI email as mentioned in the above forum.
And ask me to change my password..

Maybe DJI got hacked and lost customer data, have you ever bought something from their DJI store directly.

This is a more likely scenario than anything you have done, they could of had a security breach.

If it is a security breach, DJI won't tell anyone as it could be millions of accounts as everyone who owns a DJI drone would need one to activate it
