In my flight record it has a top altitude of 37m when i have been alot higher, even in the flight data on each flight you can see i have gone higher, do i need to sync the information somehow?

I believe that the top altitude in your flight data is the altitude that you have  launched from,  and not your aircraft's highest altitude.

Hey, yes, like Tripp mentioned on 2#, it is the max takeoff altitude of your drone. No worries.
