Hello from greece... I'm very new to forum kai have little experience fron drones but unfortunaly a week ago lost my mavic by low bat kai lost connection. The last signal on my phone is 233m alt kai 1530 m away..BUT ...I see data flight in my remote control until is landing somewhere. And my question is ...How i retriece data from remote control so i can see at list distance from take off point. Please help me .. Inmy country mavic is costing 1200 euros and is very sad to lost it.. IS there any way to retrieve data from remote control???

did you try find my mavic from dji go 4?

Sorry to hear about your loss. Like alex_markov mentioned above, have you tried the "Find My Drone" function on the DJI GO 4 app? Or please check the flight records on the DJI GO 4 app of this accident, check the take-off point, pull the progress bar to the end if it is right, then you can see the location of the last signal of your drone. Try to find your drone there.
At the same time, please contact our support to start a ticket, we will help to make data analysis if the drone is under warranty period (within 12 months old), if it's a warranty case, we will compensate the drone according to After-Sales Policy. Thank you.

Last signal of drone is 233m above sea level And 1533 m away from me.. After That nothing. My only hope is remote control. Is anything that help me.. Thanks For your time

Thanks For your help. I  try All this. Drone is landing to another point of the Last signal. Drone is try to RTH when is landing somewhere between takeoff point And Last signal. I see it on my remote control but not on my Mobile Phone. Appication was  disconnected after Last signal

Maybe try synchronising the 'Flight Record' on the phone? (also in the pictures)

I did that too.. I did All options. My only hope is data from remote control. How can i retrieve it.. Any Windows programm or Android appication??

Πάρε όλη την διαδρομή με τα πόδια, μπορεί να χτύπησε κατά την επιστροφή σε κάποιο κτίριο,δέντρο κολώνα. Μπορεί να στο κλέψανε.

Ουαου.. Έλληνας.. Από το χειριστήριο δεν μπορώ να πάρω τα δεδομένα??  Το έβλεπα στο χειριστήριο. Από το κινητό έχασα την σύνδεση .

Ανοιξε την εφαρμογη go4 και πηγαινε στα flight record, βρες την τελευταια σου πτηση και πατα την να ανοιξει. Απο εκει θα δεις στο χαρτη το τελευταιο σημειο που ηταν το drone πριν κρασαρει η εφαρμογη.
Δεν νομιζω οτι το remote control κραταει μνημη με δεδομενα

Ευχαριστώ πολύ. Τα έχω κάνει όλα αυτά. Ψάχνω 3μερες τώρα.. Είδα στο χειριστήριο ότι κατέβηκε στα 10 μέτρα και σταμάτησε. Αλλά από το άγχος μου δεν ειδα πόση απόσταση έκανε μέχρι να έρθει από το τελευταίο σήμα..

Τι ύψος το είχες για rth;Έμεινες από μπαταρία και έκανε αναγκαστική προσγείωση; Όπως και να χει θα είναι κοντά στο μονοπάτι που έχεις στο χαρτη σου. Πρέπει να ψάξεις πολύ προσεχτικά

60 μέτρα το είχα. Ναι έκανε αναγκαστική προσγείωση.

πιθανα αν δεις ποια ηταν η ταχυτητα του τόσο η οριζοντια οσο και καθετη απο το flight record πριν χασεις επαφη, να μπορεσεις να υπολογισεις ποσο κοντα σου ηρθε και να ψαξεις απο εκει. Απο 230 μετρα υψος θα καλυψε αρκετο δρόμο. Λυπαμαι δεν μπορω να σκεφτω κατι αλλο

Τόση τεχνολογία επάνω ένα πομπό 24 ωρών δεν μπορούσαν να βάλουν.. Ευχαριστώ πολύ πάντως. Από ότι κατάλαβα περπάτημα θελει

Από την στιγμή που δεν έχασε το gps και δεν είχε κανένα τρελό αέρα θα είναι στο μονοπάτι που το πεταξες

Ψηλά είχε αέρα.. Χαμηλά έκοβε ορεινός όγκος. Ευχαριστώ και πάλι
