After many months flying Spark I finally got my fingers caught in the props - OUCH!

It has been and continues to be a long learning curve.

Mike, please be careful when you fly your spark. I would recommend you take care of your wound as soon as possible. Thanks for your support.

Did it draw blood?

Oh yes - lots of it. Lesson learned - put some sticking plasters in the bottom of your bag - and something to clear up the mess.

Same here, about 1 month ago, but it was completely my fault

The drone was descending to a PalmLand and I got distracted and my fingers touched the blades before the drone touch my palm, but like I said, I know it was my fault

Anyway... I wasn't concerned with my fingers at the time it happened because I felt it was just minor scratches


I was really worried because I dropped the spark on the ground Result:

Missed a hand landing or take off?

That happened to me when I was hand catching it. I had winter gloves on and my index finger caught one of the propellers and gosh it hurt so much. I HAD WINTER GLOVES ON!!

No hand landings or Gestures for me. RC is the way to go. If I lose it or get hurt its my fault. don't blame the Spark!
