Hi Mindy. My Mavic Air 2 was delivered to your repair facility on Friday, but still my case has not been updated with any changes. I already paid for DJI Care Refresh Express, so I expected my case to be handled with priority. I need my drone back by this upcoming weekend before I leave for a camping trip. Can you see if this can be expedited and worked on, please?
