Please help.

Last week I was flying my great uncle’s Mavic Pro. It went AWOL. I was able to find it and have requested a repair order.  I have not received my shipping label.  I have emailed for support and response is slow. I have now waited 5 days - still no label. I have checked all applicable spam/trash folders. I would simply like to send this Mavic Pro in my for repairs. Can I have the shipping label faxed to me?  Can it be re-emailed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was contacted via phone by a DJI representative this morning. Shortly thereafter I received my shipping label. The Mavic Pro will be off to UPS tomorrow.

Hello - I appears that getting the shipping label is quite the hassle; I just submitted my case online with number CAS-4733516-G7R1P5. It's been maybe 15-20min and still no shipping label in my regular, spam or trash inboxes. Should I wait longer? Or is it on its way?
