Hi, DJI please help.

Could anyone here help me please and or confirm? Today I noticed that when I plug the DJI charger into my Spark’s USB port to charge the battery (Spark turned off) the Sparks cooling fan turns on for a few seconds then turns off and continues to charge as normal - Is this NORMAL?

That’s normal. A reason for doing that might be to make sure the fan gets started.

Hi, guys. It is a normal situation, please do not feel worry about it. And the speed of the fan will change according to the temperature of spark. Thanks for your support.

You have misunderstood my post. Please read and understand

The sparks fan come on with only when usb charger is connected (without powering on spark) only charging.

Did the cooling fan turn on when your drone is on without usb charger? I would recommend you shoot a video about the situation. Thanks for your support.
