0.33L beer is like maybe 2 US$.
0.5L beer is like 3US$ with current exchange ratio.
As for the accommodation, prices really swing wildly. Some middle range would be like 100 - 150 US$ per day (for 4 persons) in peak season (1 Jun - 1 Sep).
You can get entire house with pool for more or if you are more on a budget, I believe you can find something around maybe 60-70 US$.
BUT, on week of Ultra Europe Music festival, prices skyrocket to triple, quadruple, sky is the limit prices as this is very close (like 20km) from city of Split where festival takes place.
Good luck finding ANY accommodation ANYWHERE during that week.
Best would be to check on sites like booking.com or airbnb.com. Place is named Kastela. Very interesting as it's actually consisting of 7 of them along Riviera, Kastel Stafilic, Kastel Novi, Kastel Stari, Kastel Luksic, Kastel Kambelovac, Kastel Gomila and Kastel Sucurac. Nearby cities are Split and Trogir. Please note it is very crowded during summer peak season. Most younger people (< 40) do speak English.
Kastela are more suited for family holidays (like parents with young children) than for partying all day, all night... then I recommend other locations in Croatia.
Also, Dalmatians (this is region of Croatia called Dalmatia) are generally very friendly, kind of tall (male are like 180cm on average) and beautiful (at least to the East Coast measure). Split girls will be the most beautiful ones you'll ever see - guaranteed. I have business partners from US and need to keep those with heart problems away or prepare them properly since we did have some heart problems incidents in the past, lol. |
