Hi everyone. I'm new user of phantom 2 vision +.

My app cann't connect with my phantom 2.
(but it can connect with camera)

I can control phantome 2 by remote control, and I can take pictures by using app.
But I can't control gimbal, I can't connect GPS, see battery condition. and I can't use ground station function.


Is there anyone can help me?

Is your range extender fully charged ? It is showing 5% in that screen shot.

When fully charged, It works same way.

Has it flown before? There's no battery indication at the top-left showing the battery in the Phantom (is it switched on). There is no battery showing in the transmitter itself, did you fully charge it? And there is 5% showing on the range extender, did you charge it? Charge all three and switch on and try to connect, l'd like to see what you're getting when everything is functional. When l go into my app without anything on it shows the last values it knew from my last connection. Has this Phantom not flown yet, l see it says you're a new user but are you in initial set-up? Thanks.

After full charge, I tried again.
The result was same.

Phantom works well, but gimbal don't work, GPS can't fine, Don't know battery condition too.


After all I find the reason.
Some connection has problem.
Some cable is dropped...

After link it, it works well!

yea that one lead looks to be charred or something. loose?

I believe he has fixed the problem, by reconnecting the loose cable.

Happily it was just loose. (not burnt. My camera skill is not enough good. ^^;)

After fix it I want to test. But it is raining. T.T

One other fine day, I'll try it.
