Hi! I have some problems with my DJI Osmo (model OM160).
It doesn't turn on.

I try to update firmware but It wasn't successful:

Reboot the aircraft and try to upgrade the firmware again.
The latest firmware version of Osmo is v1.11.2.70, please make sure you download the correct firmware.
Please refer to the tutorial video below to update the firmware again, when the indicator becomes solid green, delete the firmware in SD card and reboot the Osmo.
If the right indicator is still solid red, please try to wipe the copper sheet inside the battery compartment with 95% alcohol and the cotton swab. Let the alcohol air dry. If it does not work, wipe the battery contact with alcohol and cotton swab. Or you can try another battery.

I sure that i use Last firmware version (OSMO_FW_V01.11.02.70.bin) from your site.
I tried to create Online Service/Request Service but (S/N: 06PDDK10010451). But I see error message: "Sorry, no product information was found. Check whether the input serial number is correct or use "Product model".
In Product model tub I haven't found DJI Osmo, only Osmo Mobile.
What's going on?
My osmo pocket has firmware v 01.10.00.30The newest is v 1.11.00.2.70 is it ok ?
When I Conect my DJI MIMO it does not advise me about upgrade..., and I can't do the upgrade.
