I ordered my P3P directly from DJI nearly 24 hours ago and I don't even have a confirmation email. My payment has already been processed through PayPal. I've sent two emails requesting help. I'm starting to get slightly worried. Is this the norm for orders placed directly to DJI?
Your Registration date shows 2015-4-30 08:17. Did you create an account before you made the order or after and did you get a verification email from creating the account? If not there may be a problem with the email address. Check the information in your DJI account.
I got a confirmation a minute after I ordered. I also emailed someone about my payment being in a reviewed status. Maybe an hour later it changed to payment successful, and I got an email from someone at dji saying they took care of it for me.
